Home of the children's
playground, netball/tennis
courts, scout hut, football and
cricket pitches.  It is the
location of the village fairs and
celebrations.

Once part of the grounds of
Haxby Hall.  These playing
fields were donated to the village 
by Kenneth Ward in memory of
his wife.

Before this the fields were on
the other side of York Road.

Pavilion was used for Teresa's
Playgroup until 2001.

It also contains changing rooms
and facilities for sports and
was refurbished in 2002.

Haxby Netball Club

Have five teams playing
competitively in the York and
District Netball League. New
  members are wanted.
